The Missouri River bridge at Jefferson City frames the state capitol building in the distance. This photograph was taken from the Noren River Access in (formerly) Cedar City. The clouds were absolutely irresistible to me yesterday -- I had to get out there and put them in a photo! (North Jefferson City, Missouri)
