Description
If I have the story right, my mother bought this typewriter new in 1950, from her uncle, who owned and operated a typewriter repair shop. She saved for some time to be able to purchase it, and has cherished it for it's simplicity and durability ever since. Living in a time when computers become obsolete in five years, there's something reassuring about the dependability of a machine like an old-fashioned manual typewriter.
