Some of my favorite places are tree covered lanes...quiet little country roads with tall trees that reach up and create a canopy of branches and leaves. A peaceful, tunnel of trees transports us back to more simple time, and reminds us of the benefits of taking "the scenic route." (Southwestern Boone County, Missouri)
