This is the older section of New Liberty Primitive Baptist Church's cemetery, located west of Ashland, Missouri, in southern Boone County. Most of the people who are buried in this older section were some of Boone County's early settlers, having migrated from Kentucky or Virginia, some as children. The little country cemetery is a peaceful place to honor and remember those who came before us.
