The Snyder family built a summer estate, carriage house and water tower, starting around the turn of the 20th century, and finishing about 25 years later. Unfortunately, fire destroyed the castle and carriage house in 1942. This image shows what is left of the carriage house. (Near Camdenton, Missouri)
