A lone white star graces the peak of the traditional red barn on Glenn Valley Farm. Recent rain has made the lot muddy, but that is just part of life on the farm. The trees on the hillsides and bluffs in the area will be wearing their brightly colored leaves for a few more days, until November's winds release them for the winter.
