Artist's Description
This is the old Burnett School House, nestled into the woods east of Ashland, almost to Callaway County. The remnants of an old pair of teeter totters are left behind the school, much worse for the wear. I think I read that there are plans to move this schoolhouse north to the Boone County Historical Society, where they have a collection of other houses and buildings, preserved as symbols of Boone County's past.
About Cricket Hackmann
